There is a graffiti solution

Local company Graffiti Removal Systems share ASCIV’s appreciation of good design and creative expression. They also share our unequivocal opposition to graffiti. That’s why we’re happy to have them as a strategic partner.

Graffiti is not art!  And it’s not clever. Most of it is crap and all of it is mindless vandalism when it is expressed without permission on private and public property.

If you don’t agree, think for a moment, would you be happy for someone to come along uninvited and decorate the front of your house, your office or your new car with a spray paint and markers?  Me thinks not. So what’s different if it’s a school or another public building? Nothing at all.

The cost of cleaning up this rubbish simply short changes our schools, our students and the taxpayer.

ASCIV urges schools to continue to treat graffiti as serious acts of vandalism and press charges where offenders can be identified. It is also worthwhile for school councils to remind their school communities of the costs of graffiti removal and perhaps put it in terms of what that money could have been more profitably used for. School councils also need to be active in countering any attempts to legitimise this type of anti-social behaviour.

Graffiti Removal Systems helps you deal with this problem quickly and safely and can give you advice and solutions to minimise exposure to graffiti attack.

Check out their site here, or give us a call at ASCIV.

The top four “before and after” images show the real before and after shots and highlight the effectiveness of the treatment (as well as lending weight to my argument that this is not art).

Graffiti Removal Systems has a range of products for schools to safely and immediately deal with minor graffiti attacks. (Not only for schools of course.)

For bigger tasks let GRS give you a quote to handle the cleanup task for you. These products are ASCIV tried and tested.

We’ve also been out in the field with the GRS guys and can attest to the standard or service and the effectiveness of their process on old and new vandal damage.
